We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you're passionate about providing excellent service and have an interest in the landscaping industry, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete retail purchases and transactions with accuracy.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to voicemails promptly.
- Take and schedule deliveries.
- Monitor and respond to the general email account.
- Create invoices, purchase orders, sales orders, and customer quotes.
- Balance daily cash, credit, and debit reports.
- Maintain cleanliness of office, staff room, bathrooms, and Scale House.
Preferred Knowledge & Skills:
- Basic computer and typing skills.
- Knowledge of landscaping products and materials.
- Experience with Sage 50 Accounting Program.
Requirements:
- Secondary School education (preferred).
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
- On-call and overtime as needed.
Compensation:
- Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
