Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

Requirements for the Customer Service Representative:
- An associate’s degree is highly recommended, though not mandatory.
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience in retail, sales, customer service, or an equivalent entry-level role is required.
- An energetic, team-oriented individual with a commitment to collaboration with both team members and customers.
- A self-motivated and goal-oriented professional mindset.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
- A willingness to learn and a commitment to continuous improvement and success.
- Driver license, and reliable transportation to commute within a 20-30 km radius of our office
