Job Summary

Our busy office is seeking hardworking and dedicated individuals to add to our Customer Service Representative team. This is a full-time position that will require you to be available to work Monday to Friday from 12 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. If you are a motivated individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you! This role would be suitable for someone who has previously worked in a team environment. However, no experience is required as training will be provided.

HOURS: FULL-TIME (MONDAY TO FRIDAY 12:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.)
COMPENSATION: $500.00-$1,000.00 Weekly (average pay)
LOCATION: MISSISSAUGA
TRAINING: WILL BE PROVIDED - PAID
AVAILABILITY: IMMEDIATELY
ENTRY LEVEL POSITION

Key responsibilities:- Be able to work with a team and lead them to meet monthly targets.- Attend daily sales/training meetings.- Share campaign information with customers/donors.-Handle all customer inquiries, reservations and confirmations.- Work closely with members of the team to analyze and address their needs.- Train members of staff on Company policy and sales systems.- Speaking with customers and connecting them with client products.- Handle general office duties.- Process applications.- Use Andriod Systems.- Accept credit card payments and debit payments.- File paperwork daily.- Follow up with all paperwork.

Typical Day: As a member of our customer service team, you will be representing our clients' programs residentially, through direct interaction with potential customers. Your primary focus will be on increasing program awareness.
