We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyze customer needs will be crucial in ensuring a positive experience. This position requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to handle inquiries with professionalism. This role would be suitable for someone who has previously worked in a team environment. However, no experience is required as training will be provided.

Key responsibilities:- Be able to work with a team and lead them to meet monthly targets.- Attend daily sales/training meetings.- Share campaign information with customers/donors.- Handle all customer inquiries, reservations and confirmations.- Work closely with members of the team to analyze and address their needs.- Train members of staff on Company policy and sales systems.- Speaking with customers and connecting them with client products.- Handle general office duties.- Process applications.- Use Andriod Systems.- Accept credit card payments and debit payments.- File paperwork daily.- Follow up with all paperwork.
Typical Day: As a member of our customer service team, you will be representing our clients' programs residentially, through direct interaction with potential customers. Your role will focus on ensuring customer satisfaction while driving program awareness.
