The ideal candidate will ensure a positive customer experience by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting daily operations both in-store and through phone/email communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming environment.
- Assist customers with questions about products, services, and menu offerings.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Take and manage orders in person, over the phone, or online.
- Maintain knowledge of all foods, offerings and specials.
- Keep the front-of-house area clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Support events or catering services as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or food service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
