Chica’s Chicken is a family-owned, Michelin-awarded restaurant that has been bringing authentic Nashville-style hot chicken to Toronto since 2018. We are passionate about delivering exceptional food and service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
We’re looking for a dedicated, team-oriented individual to join our team as a Crew Member.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Take customer orders in person and over the phone, ensuring accuracy.
- Pack and prepare orders for dine-in and takeout, maintaining efficiency during peak hours.
- Operate fryers and follow proper cooking procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
- Keep dining and service areas clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Receive, inspect, and properly store deliveries to ensure freshness and stock accuracy.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Previous experience in a fast-casual restaurant or kitchen setting is an asset but not required.
- Skills: Strong time management, teamwork, and multitasking abilities.
- Attitude: Positive, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
