A certified medical aesthetician with hustle. You’re not just here to perform treatments — you’re here to learn brand building, grow a loyal client base, and create scroll-stopping content.
This isn’t a “clock-in, clock-out” role — it’s a creative, client-facing position where the more you put in, the more you get out. You’ll be part of a next-gen spa model designed around performance, personality, and potential.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform our most in-demand services:
- HydraFacials
- Laser Hair Removal
- CoolSculpting (training provided)
- Vacuum Enhancements + RF
- Create and post short-form content (TikToks, Reels, BTS clips, before/afters)
- Upsell packages and drive rebookings + loyalty through your service and content
- Keep the treatment space spotless, professional, and on-brand
What You Bring:
- Certified Medical Aesthetician (new grads encouraged to apply)
- Social media fluent — you’re comfortable on camera and love beauty content
- Self-starter mindset — you don’t wait for leads, you create them
- Professional, reliable, and ready to build something that’s yours
What You’ll Earn:
Base Pay
$18.75/hr (starting rate)
Commission
Paid on service upgrades and product sales
Content Bonus
$25–$100+ per video that performs
