Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Certified Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about the beauty industry, highly motivated, and skilled in providing exceptional client care. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team while delivering superior aesthetic services, this position may be for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Care: Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients warmly, addressing their needs, and ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
- Aesthetic Services: Perform a wide range of treatments, including pedicures, facials, chemical peels, Hydrafacials, waxing, tinting and lash lifts, ensuring the highest level of care and professionalism.
- Consultations & Recommendations: Conduct thorough skin consultations and provide tailored treatment plans. Recommend and sell skincare products that complement treatments and meet client needs.
- Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment that complies with health regulations and spa standards.
- Sales & Retail: Demonstrate and promote retail skincare products, contributing to overall sales goals while enhancing the client experience.
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and support business growth.
Qualifications:
- Education & Certification: Formal training in aesthetics with valid certification.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in the aesthetics industry, with a strong understanding of various skin care treatments and techniques.
- Skills: Proficiency in performing facials, pedicures, peels, waxing, lash lifts, brow tints, etc. Experience in retail products sales and knowledge. Social media presence and local following. Computer skills required.
- Client Focused: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand client preferences and provide personalized service.
- Team Player: Able to work collaboratively with a team while contributing to individual goals.
- Passion for Beauty: A passion for the beauty and wellness industry, with a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
