This full time, rotational position is located in Conklin AB.
The position requires you to cook daily breakfast and dinner , bake, prepare sandwiched, salads, deserts, and clean as you go in a residential style kitchen with a maximum of 20 guest.
You must have a solid knowledge of all aspects of cooking and baking including food safety and cleanliness.
In this position, you will be required to follow instructions and participate in maintaining cost by reducing waste and following the menu.
Be Fluent in English.
Attention to detail is required.
Able to work a Rotation of 20 days on, 10 days off.
Must have a valid class 5 drivers Lic.
Muse be safety oriented and neat in appearance.
You must have prior experience working in camp like settings.
Be able to left 50 lbs.
Must be fit to climb stairs.
Have a, get it done attitude while maintaining a friendly work environment.
Have own transportation to and from the work site.
