We are looking for a Cook who has experience in Turkish- Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine.
Responsibilities of the position:
- Wash, peel, and chop ingredients prepare for cooking. measure and assemble ingredients for menu items.
- Grill, fry and BBQ food items as per the restaurant's recipes.
- Plate customer dishes according to restaurant set up.
- Regularly check equipment to ensure they function properly.
- Maintain a clean workstation, sanitizing surfaces and tools. .
- Monitor ingredient stock levels and notify management of any shortages.
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and reduce waste.
