Position Summary:

As Contracts Manager, you'll play a key role in maximizing the value of our existing service offerings and assets. This is a client-facing position focused on building trust, managing contracts efficiently, and ensuring we meet and exceed client expectations. What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary liaison for a portfolio of enterprise clients, ensuring consistent service delivery and contract compliance.
- Cultivate and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with client stakeholders.
- Lead and manage the full contract lifecycle — from proposal development to negotiation and execution.
- Collaborate closely with new leadership team to design and implement growth strategies.
- Work closely with the leadership team to align contract terms with company capabilities and service delivery standards.
- Ensure client needs are met with urgency and professionalism, collaborating with operations to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Identify ways to strengthen existing client relationships through proactive communication and thoughtful service adjustments.
- Utilize client insights, feedback, and performance data to recommend improvements to our service model.
- Foster internal alignment and accountability by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
What You Bring:
- 5–10+ years of experience in contracts, B2B sales, or client account management; oilfield services or drilling-related industry experience is highly valued.
- A strong sense of ownership and follow-through — committed to meeting obligations and delivering on promises.
- Demonstrated experience managing high-value clients and complex contracts with professionalism and clarity.
- Excellent negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- A team-first mindset with the ability to hold yourself and others accountable.
- Confidence in working with senior client decision-makers and cross-functional internal stakeholders.
