*Concrete Finisher/Labourer Wanted for Residential and Commercial Projects*
We're a reputable construction company seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Finisher with labour experience to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher/Labourer, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality concrete finishes for our residential and commercial projects.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Apply and finish concrete surfaces using various techniques and tools, including troweling, edging, and texturing
- Seal and protect concrete surfaces to ensure durability and longevity
- Assist with labour tasks, such as:
- Material handling and transportation
- must be able to push a wheel barrow to assist with pouring concrete this job title isn’t just finishing concrete, LABOUR WORK is also to be performed
- Site preparation and cleanup
- Assisting other tradespeople as needed
- Work efficiently and effectively to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Collaborate with our team to deliver high-quality results and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to company safety protocols and regulations
*Requirements:*
- 2+ years of experience as a Concrete Finisher
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and work in various weather conditions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to job yard
- Basic knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and materials
- Ability to read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and written instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
*Preferred Qualifications:*
- Experience with specialized concrete finishing techniques, such as stamped or exposed aggregate concrete
- Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols
- Previous experience working on residential and commercial construction projects
