Job Overview:
We are seeking skilled Concrete Framers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience framing and prepping concrete in a residential setting, and be able to handle multiple units. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, with a team that works hard and cares about quality.
Duties:
- Work with prep crew to frame and prep work to get ready for pour crew
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete prep
- Assist with pour crew when needed
- Strip forms, collect lumber, rebar, and clean sites
- Cut, install and tie rebar, Engage in heavy lifting as required
- Wear all PPE and complete tasks in a safe manor
- Utilize carpentry skills to complete work
Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience prepping concrete work in the residential sector
- Ability to work with the team to complete all concrete related tasks
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt as weather changes
- Knowledge of different form work
- Capable of heavy lifting and physical work
- Carpentry skills that can be applied to concrete form installation
This position offers competitive weekly pay based on experience and skills.
**Must have a valid drivers license and transportation to job sites located in Edmonton and surrounding areas.
