Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Property Manager to oversee the management and operations of our commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to effectively manage relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders. This role is essential in ensuring that our properties are well-maintained, financially viable, and provide a positive experience for all tenants.
Duties
- Manage daily operations of commercial properties, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards.
- Develop and implement property management strategies that enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and oversee repairs through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Maintain accurate records of property activities, including lease agreements, tenant communications, and maintenance logs.
- Foster strong relationships with tenants through effective customer service and communication.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify areas for improvement or maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with sales teams to market available spaces and attract new tenants.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining organized office records.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and property management standards.

- Proficiency in property management software and CMMS systems.
- Strong sales skills to effectively market properties and negotiate leases.
- Excellent customer relationship management abilities to maintain positive tenant interactions.
- Exceptional phone etiquette for professional communication with tenants and vendors.

- Ontario Licensed Condominium Manager (OLCM)
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $52,388.00-$70,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
