Our brand-new space includes physiotherapy, strength & conditioning, and our Longevity Lounge (sauna, cold plunge, and red light therapy), and we’re growing fast!
The Role
We’re on the lookout for a Client Care Manager who lives for connection, thrives in a dynamic wellness environment, and can keep the wheels turning with flawless organization. You’re the first smile people see, the calm in a busy room, and the one who makes every member feel seen, heard, and valued. You’ll also be responsible for building and nurturing a strong team, managing schedules, and ensuring internal communication flows like clockwork.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, manage bookings, and assist with onboarding
- Use Jane App to manage appointments, payments, and client communication
- Handle day-to-day admin tasks (emails, follow-ups, scheduling, retail sales)
- Coordinate with practitioners and trainers to ensure a seamless client experience
- Organize team schedules and calendars for appointments, staff, and classes
- Hire, train, and support a high-performing front-of-house team
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for both clients and staff
- Maintain clear, timely communication with the entire team
- Assist with events, promotions, and in-studio operations
- Keep the front desk and common areas clean, organized, and inviting
- Be a voice and ambassador for the LIFT brand and values
What You Bring
- Proven experience in a client care, customer service, or office admin role
- Experience using Jane App is required
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Leadership skills with a passion for people development
- A love for health, fitness, and wellness — you live it and love it
- A kind, positive attitude and the ability to take initiative
- Ability to multitask and stay cool in a busy, evolving environment
