KP Cleaning Group focuses solely on servicing residential strata clients. We are looking for hardworking individuals to join our team.
Job Duties:
- Cleaning of all main areas including amenity rooms, gym and lobby.
- Vacuuming, dusting and moping of main areas including hallways, elevators, and communal spaces.
- Programming of FOBs and enterphone
- Dealing with move in/outs according to procedures
- Responding to emails
- Provide access to trades
- Litter pickup outside building and within parkade.
- Organizing compost room including separating recycling into correct bins.
- Other duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Availability to work daytime shifts Monday to Friday.
- Start time is anywhere from 7am to 8am.
- Prior experience as a cleaner/caretaker preferred.
- Provide a positive service experience to everyone by maintaining a friendly, proactive attitude.
- Physically able to perform job duties including standing/walking for extended periods, vacuuming, mopping, and carrying garbage/supplies up to 20 lbs.
- Able to communicate effectively and perform work duties independently.
