Location: Summerside Chiropractic, 1540 - 91 Street, South Edmonton
Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday, occasional Saturday mornings)
Wage: $20.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Dr. Morin has proudly served the South Edmonton community for over 29 years, providing exceptional chiropractic care. We are looking for someone who is not only efficient and detail-oriented but also warm, energetic, and passionate about wellness.
Responsibilities Include:
- Welcoming and checking in patients
- Answering phone calls and managing patient inquiries
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Handling payments and submitting insurance claims
- Assisting with recall bookings and general patient follow-ups
- Managing payroll and basic office financials
- Supporting the chiropractors with various aspects of patient care
- Multitasking in a fast-paced clinical setting
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel, and working knowledge of JANE and Sage/QuickBooks is an asset
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Positive attitude, excellent time management, and a strong work ethic
- An active, health-conscious lifestyle is preferred to align with the values of our wellness-focused clinic
