As the Checkout CA, you are the Boss of Tomorrow—the person who ensures that every patient leaves our office with clarity, confidence, and a plan for their next steps. You are the gatekeeper of retention, compliance, and future scheduling, and you thrive on creating order and consistency. You’re kind, empathetic, and steadfast in your commitment to our mission and the policies that protect the patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling & enforcing policies
- Discussing financial agreements & collections
- Patient education
- Collaboration with the doctors & team to ensure seamless communication & alignment on patient care.
- Training (self and others)

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 37 per week
