Within Ontario, our office is in located in Mississauga. Collectively, our dynamic organization provides various support services to young people and families with complex needs. This includes foster family placements, family-based care, alternate care, therapeutic support, clinical services and community training.

We are a growing company seeking talented Child and Youth Workers to be with us while we grow.

We are currently hiring in Burlington, Ontario for the position of: Child and Youth Worker(s) (Full-time, Part-time, and Casual/Relief Positions Available)

We are looking for innovative and creative Child and Youth Care Workers to provide care, supervision, and support to young people with complex needs. The work is varied and will include relationship building, planning, and participating in social and recreational activities including teaching life skills, providing educational supports and developing and implementing individualized intervention plans.

The successful applicant(s) must be confident, energetic, adaptable, patient, self-aware, physically active, and able to safely intervene in crisis situations. Shift work, including weekends, and overnights is required.
