As the Chief Technology Officer, you will define and deliver SASCU’s digital, data, and innovation strategies to drive business growth, operational excellence, and exceptional member experiences.
This role integrates technology, data, and creative thinking to enable SASCU to stay ahead of industry trends, navigate regulatory complexity, and translate strategic goals into measurable results. As a strategic partner across the organization, the CTO ensures SASCU leverages technology and innovation to fulfill its purpose and strengthen its position as a trusted community financial institution.

What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or designation in business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred) or equivalent senior leadership experience.
- 10–15 years of progressive experience in technology, digital transformation, or innovation within complex organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into technology-enabled outcomes.
- Deep understanding of IT governance, data strategy, risk management, and compliance in regulated industries.
- Proven success in leading change, inspiring teams, and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Awareness of market trends, digital technologies, and their potential to drive business advantage.
