As we prepare for significant capital markets activity, including private equity fundraising , we are seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the next phase of our growth.
The Role
As CEO, you will be the strategic and operational leader of the company, responsible for scaling AvranceCorp into a premier North American real estate platform and positioning the business for public markets. This role requires a unique balance of entrepreneurial drive, capital markets expertise, and disciplined operational leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a long-term vision and business plan aligned with shareholder goals, including growth, diversification, and public listing readiness.
- Capital Markets & Financing: Lead equity and debt fundraising, investor relations, and partnerships with institutional capital providers.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee execution of multi-phase residential and rental projects, ensuring financial discipline, timely delivery, and regulatory compliance.
- Corporate Governance: Establish best-in-class governance, reporting, and risk management frameworks in preparation for a TSX/NASDAQ listing.
- Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and grow the executive team; foster a performance-driven culture aligned with AvranceCorp’s values.
- Innovation & Partnerships: Explore new opportunities in private equity, alternative financing, and international partnerships to scale the business.
Qualifications
- Proven success in a CEO, President, or senior executive role in real estate development, private equity, capital markets, or related sectors.
- Strong track record in raising institutional capital and managing investor relationships.
- Experience preparing companies for public listing (TSX, NASDAQ, LSE, etc.) highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Canadian real estate markets, financing structures, and development lifecycles.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
