We provide compassionate, patient-centered hearing healthcare. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Communicative Disorders Assistant (CDA) to join our team and support daily clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with hearing screenings and tests under audiologist supervision
- Perform hearing aid cleanings, checks, and troubleshooting
- Support clinic flow, including preparing rooms, managing patient flow, and assisting with follow-up care
- Complete paperwork and documentation accurately and on time
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting patients and addressing inquiries
- Collaborate with the audiology team to ensure efficient and effective patient care
Qualifications
- Communicative Disorders Assistant (CDA) diploma/certification required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable with technology and clinical software
- Previous experience in audiology or healthcare setting an asset
