In this pivotal role, you'll be the go-to resource for category insights, applying best practices to achieve mutual success with our key retail partners all while championing our core values, including Sustainability.

In This Role You Will:

• Analyze internal and external business challenges to identify growth opportunities and recommend impactful solutions.
• Generate actionable shopper, channel, and category insights through in-depth data analysis and category reviews.
• Analyze planograms to ensure category best practices are implemented and identify areas for improvement for WN and retailers.
• Research, develop, and oversee innovative go-to-market strategies, promotional opportunities, and product development concepts.

You Have:

• 5+ years of progressive category management experience within a consumer-packaged goods (CPG) organization.
• An Undergraduate Degree with a business concentration.
• Expertise in Space Planning planogramming software.
• Strong proficiency with NielsenIQ, retailer analytic portal systems, and Microsoft Excel.
