Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks and a passion for quality craftsmanship. This role involves working on diverse projects, including residential and commercial construction, renovations, and repairs. The Carpenter will play a crucial role in ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of safety and quality. Required minimum 5 years experience
Duties
- Perform flooring installation, ensuring precision and adherence to design specifications.
- Conduct construction estimating to determine material and labor costs for projects.
- Execute electrical work as needed, adhering to safety regulations and codes.
- Provide maintenance person services for various repair and maintenance tasks.
- Assemble structures and fixtures with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Restore existing structures, enhancing their functionality and appearance.
- Carry out construction painting tasks, ensuring a professional finish.
- Install siding, roofing, and other exterior components with skill and efficiency.
- Engage in concrete forming activities for foundational work as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with safety protocols in construction environments.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients effectively.
