Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated 1-3 Year Carpenter to join our team. Duties
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and wallboard.
- Perform cabinet installation and restoration tasks as needed.
- Execute concrete forming and fabrication of custom woodwork.
- Conduct electrical work related to carpentry projects as required.
- Estimate construction costs for projects, ensuring accurate budgeting.
- Carry out construction painting tasks to finish projects with quality aesthetics.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, including electricians and plumbers, to ensure project completion.
Skills
- Proficiency in carpentry techniques and tools.
- Knowledge of electrical systems relevant to carpentry tasks is a plus.
- Experience in construction estimating for project planning.
- Ability to install cabinets with precision and care.
- Skills in concrete forming for structural integrity.
- Capable of fabricating custom pieces tailored to client specifications.
- Expertise in restoring existing structures while maintaining their integrity.
- Familiarity with construction painting techniques for finishing touches.
- General maintenance person skills that complement carpentry work.
