The Service Concierge will be the first point of contact for all incoming customers attending their service appointments at Jaguar Land Rover Metro West. You will be responsible for providing high-level quality customer service by ensuring all guests have an enjoyable experience at Jaguar Land Rover Metro West. If you are a team player, have a passion for customer service, an ability to stay organized, and a high attention to detailer, then this role is for you!
Job Duties:
- Greet customers in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner.
- Conduct a walk-around of customer vehicles, identifying work to be done.
- Pickup and deliver customers to their destinations while their vehicle is in for service.
- Take vehicles through the car wash.
- Handle all customer inquiries and concerns with genuine intent.
- Ensure the service drive through area is clean and organized.
- Assist with tire inventory, moving tires to assigned storage area.
- Actively maintain the cleanliness of vehicles and lot.
- Monitor vehicles for damages and blemishes.
- Park and arrange vehicles in assigned spaces to maximize lot efficiency and space.
- Ensure all documentation is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Successful Candidates Possess:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- The desire to provide a high level of customer service.
- Ability to lift, lower, hold and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
- Self-motiving with excellent work ethic.
- Loves a fast-paced environment.
- A valid G class driver's license and a clean driving abstract.
