Position Overview
The Campus Operations Coordinator is the welcoming face of JCI and the operational heart of the school. This dynamic, multi-skilled role leads the Front Desk team and ensures the day-to-day campus experience runs smoothly for students, staff, and guests.
You’ll be responsible for managing a small part-time team, supporting students, instructors and department leads, maintaining a professional and warm reception environment, and overseeing a variety of administrative and operational tasks. Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Guest Experience
- Provide a warm, professional, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and guests.
- Oversee and support front desk staff, including scheduling, training, and performance support.
- Maintain high standards for front-of-house presentation and client service.
Student & Instructor Support
- Act as a go-to resource for student questions, requests, and problem-solving.
- Support instructors with administrative needs including typing, printing, attendance tracking, and supply coordination.
- Proactively manage student communication and redirect inquiries to the appropriate departments when needed.
Administration & Operations
- Manage general administrative functions such as attendance, recordkeeping, appointment scheduling, supply ordering, and database upkeep.
- Coordinate student check-ins, document requests, and front desk support for admissions and student transcripts and credentials.
- Support operational processes such as new student intake, graduation prep, and campus events.
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and support part-time front desk staff with a focus on hospitality, efficiency, and teamwork.
- Implement and maintain systems and processes to ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
- Collaborate with department heads to support cross-functional campus needs.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in administration, front-of-house, or customer service roles—ideally in education, hospitality, or retail.
- Team leadership experience is an asset.
- Exceptional communication skills—friendly, professional, and confident.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with scheduling software, email systems, and databases.
- Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and organized with great attention to detail.
- You’re a people person with a warm, positive attitude and a passion for creating an excellent experience.

- Annual Compensation: $52,000 - $55,000 (based on experience)
