Pumpernickel's Catering Call Centre is looking for new agents to join our customer service team. Below is the basic job description, hours of operation, and pre-requisite skills to ensure that you are a competitive candidate.
Outline:
- Full time and part time shifts are available
- Call centre is open Monday to Friday from 8.00am-5.30pm
Candidate Skills:
- Fluent English speaker
- Previous customer service and/or call centre experience
- strong Computer literacy/types quickly/can write professional emails.
- Ability to multi-task and work in high stress environment
- Ability to maintain professionalism
Basic Responsibilities:
- ability to answer all customer questions regarding menus, dietary restrictions, and other general inquiry
- inputting catering orders via email, phone call, and online website submission
- helping clients navigate or troubleshoot website issues
- handling credit card payment for orders placed
- build client relationships and inspire confidence in clients
