About the Role
(Full-Time, Part-Time, Flexible Hours)
As a dishwasher in our professional kitchen, you’ll play a key support role in ensuring smooth daily operations. You’ll be responsible for keeping our kitchen clean, organized, and running efficiently. This includes cleaning dishes, cookware, and equipment, taking out garbage and recycling, assisting with basic prep tasks, and maintaining high sanitation and safety standards. While experience is an asset, we’re happy to train the right candidate.
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, hard-working, and maintains a positive, respectful approach with coworkers. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values collaboration and contributes directly to our customer experience and community impact.

Qualifications
- Previous kitchen or cleaning experience is an asset, but not required
- Able to work 8-hour shifts while standing
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, both independently and as part of a professional team
- Willingness to take direction, stay organized, and maintain a clean workspace
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Neighbourly Coffee provides a vibrant and friendly work environment, emphasizing collaboration, respect, and care. With a focus on work-life balance, this role offers flexible hours ranging from 20–40 hours per week, depending on availability and business needs.
