Leto’s Steakhouse & Bar is an exciting neighbourhood eatery that offers a flavour focused menu with detailed service. Responsibilities:
- Ensure safe food handling procedures.
- Constantly prepare ingredients, garnishes, sauces, etc. to “spec”. effectively and efficiently.
- Be composed even during the busiest times.
- ability to be solution focused and resourceful.
- Have a clean as you go mind set and ensures a clean work space.
- Be a team player and follow our mission, vision and values during every shift.
- Be prepared and on time for every shift.
- Help ensure each guest is offered the highest level of service.
Experience:
- Line cook: 1-2 year (preferred)

*Salary range is based on a 5 day work week with cash tips paid out to BOH support staff weekly. - Starting wage $17.50-18.00
