The Role
The Business Development Consultant (BDC) is a vital part of The Healers Club — our network of passionate people who live and breathe the HEAL lifestyle. In this role, you’ll act as both coach and connector, supporting franchisees and corporate stores to grow stronger every day.
From helping franchisees understand their financials to leading store audits, managing new openings, and activating local marketing, you’ll make sure every HEAL store looks great, feels right, and delivers on the promise of our brand. You’ll bring energy, accountability, and creativity — making sure HEAL is not just a store in the community, but the heart of it.
This isn’t a behind-the-desk kind of role. It’s hands-on, people-first, and fast-paced — perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships and bringing brands to life.
What You’ll Do
Financial Coaching & Accountability
- Guide franchisees in building financial acumen — ensuring they know and understand their numbers.
- Help operators set targets, track results, and take action to drive sustainable growth.
Store Audits & Brand Standards
- Conduct regular audits using HEAL’s audit platform, assigning follow-ups, owners, and deadlines.
- Make sure stores look, feel, and operate exactly how HEAL should — vibrant, clean, on-brand, and customer-ready.
New Store Project Management
- Partner with franchisees to launch new stores, ensuring tasks are completed on time and openings hit the ground running.
- Keep projects organized, deadlines sharp, and energy high.
Healers Club & Local Store Marketing
- Activate The Healers Club through local partnerships, events, and community marketing.
- Work with franchisees and community managers to use HEAL’s marketing framework and toolkit in fun, creative ways that drive awareness and traffic.
Post-Opening Support
- Provide extra care to new franchisees in their first months — ensuring systems, operations, and financials are on track.
- Be the trusted guide that helps them hit success from day one.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in business development, franchise support, or restaurant/hospitality operations.
- Strong financial literacy and the ability to teach others.
- Great communicator and relationship-builder who thrives in a people-first environment.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing multiple projects.
- Willing to travel regularly to visit stores and be hands-on in the field.
- Positive, energetic, and solutions-focused — you find a way to make things happen.
Compensation & Perks
- Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 annually + performance bonus
- Mileage reimbursement for travel between stores
- Monthly tech allowance (cell phone + computer)
