As we expand, we are seeking a Bridal Shop Manager who shares our passion for making dreams come true and is committed to leading our team to be the #1 bridal destination in Toronto.
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on retail manager who is driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about the bridal industry. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, proven retail and sales expertise, and the ability to inspire a team to consistently deliver outstanding service and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day boutique operations, ensuring smooth workflow, high service standards, and an elevated customer experience
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of bridal consultants to meet individual and team sales goals
- Take initiative in training, performance feedback, and fostering a supportive and results-driven team culture
- Coordinate staff schedules, inventory flow
- Uphold boutique presentation and ensure all spaces reflect the brand’s luxury standards
- Handle customer escalations professionally and support the team in creating solutions
- Work closely with ownership on sales reporting, business goals, and strategic improvements
- Contribute to marketing, event planning, and initiatives that promote boutique growth and brand awareness
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, bridal or luxury fashion preferred
- Strong sales and leadership track record with a focus on client experience
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Outlook;
- Industry awareness and strong business acumen;
- Self-motivated, accountable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to inspire and influence a team, with an entrepreneurial vision, and high level of integrity and professionalism;
- Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful situations.
- Maintain housekeeping standards in the store. Able to lift and carry up to 20lbs.
- Strong customer service skills
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule which will include evenings, weekends and holidays.

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
