Position: Karigur Bridal Sales Consultant
Role Overview:
As a Karigur Bridal Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to our customers. You will also embody the values of our brand and create a luxury client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quickly build rapport and establish trust with brides and their guests during appointments.
- Assist customers in selecting and trying on gowns and accessories.
- Take measurements for gown orders and complete custom order paperwork.
- Negotiate sales, prepare invoices, and manage sales transactions via email, phone, and social media.
- Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding expectations and demonstrating product knowledge.
- Offer advice on South Asian fashion trends to clients.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience.
- Maintain store security standards for the safety of all.
- Contribute to visual displays in accordance with Karigur standards.
- Keep the storefront and stock room neat and organized.
- Focus on relationship selling to build a client base and achieve positive sales results.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and advertisements.
- Accurately complete sales transactions and maintain cash and media accountabilities.
- Strengthen our social media presence and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Resolve customer complaints in a positive manner.
- Assist in merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
Qualifications:
- Passion and in-depth knowledge of the South Asian fashion industry and custom bridal wear.
- Charismatic, optimistic, passionate, and friendly personality.
- Retail experience, preferably in apparel or individual client appointment settings.
- Excellent presentation skills in a retail environment.
- Familiarity with retail operations, including store standards, cash handling, and merchandise presentation.
- Ability to build lasting customer relationships.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
- Conversational proficiency in Urdu or Hindi.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
