Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records through bookkeeping activities.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation on a regular basis.
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
- Assist in budgeting processes by providing necessary financial data.
- Process payroll accurately and on time.
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, Xero) for various bookkeeping tasks.
- Prepare financial reports as needed to support management decision-making.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
- Experience with payroll processing is preferred.
- Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, and bank reconciliation processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports effectively.
