The Opportunity
MIC is currently recruiting for our Central Booking Department. Our Booking Agents are the front door to our organization, and we are looking for enthusiastic and empathetic individuals with strong telephone and verbal communication skills to join our team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Answering inbound calls from patients and physician offices
- Scheduling a variety of diagnostic imaging services
- Managing online requests for appointments
- High school diploma
- Exceptional patient or customer service skills
- Excellent verbal communication
- Patience and empathy
- Computer proficiency
- Team player
- Ability to maintain service level in a high-volume call centre
- Knowledge and understanding of medical terminology is an asset
