The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client bookings, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to final confirmation. Duties
- Booking patient appointments
- Taking Payments
- Answering general questions
- Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the booking process.
- Resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the booking process.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a high level of patients satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience with electronic medical records
- Familiarity with booking software such as Oscar or PS Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
