We're currently seeking a Bilingual Technical Support Representative to join our growing team!
What You'll Be Doing:
As a key contact for our customers, you'll use your bilingual skills to deliver high-quality support and technical expertise. Your day-to-day will include:
- Providing bilingual (French/English) technical support via phone and email
- Identifying parts, diagnosing issues, and offering effective equipment solutions
- Recommending additional products and services through suggestive selling
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Ensuring a positive customer experience through clear communication and timely problem-solving
What We're Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who is professional, personable, and ready to make a difference.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) — Required
- Minimum 6 months of customer service or client-facing experience
- Experience or interest in plumbing or electronics maintenance/repair considered an asset
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel
- Experience with PBS or similar systems considered an asset
- High School Diploma or GED; post-secondary education
- 1 year of data entry experience preferred
