What We Offer:
- Work hours: 14-20 hours per week
- Wage: Starting at $17.85 per hour (negotiable based on experience) + Tips

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Crafting specialty coffee drinks to the highest standards and preparing small food orders with quality and consistency.
- Providing excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming and engaging experience for all customers.
- Maintaining cleanliness throughout the cafe, including workstations, equipment, and seating areas.
- Stocking and organizing service stations with paper products, ingredients, and other essentials.
- Monitoring equipment to ensure everything is functioning properly, including temperature checks.
- Following food safety protocols for handling, storing, and restocking food and beverages.
- Ordering, receiving, and stocking supplies and retail products as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of barista experience - Required.
- Latte Art skill - Required.
- Strong customer service skills with experience in hospitality or the food industry - Reguired.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability and punctuality—weekend availability is a must.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for specialty coffee.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols—Food Safe Level 1 certification.
- Willingness to go above and beyond during peak times and stay adaptable under pressure.
