As a member of our banquet team, you are one of many characters bubbling over with personality, humour, kindness and sincerity. With a positive attitude and strong work ethic, you aim to please each and every guest that arrives by delivering a memorable experience.
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to:
- Deliver legendary customer service with a warm and friendly welcome and make the guest comfortable.
- Your strong organization skills creates and maintains a clean workplace and ensures that all resources and product are in place allowing you to put the guest first and foremost.
- Contributes to a positive team environment reinforcing good morale, respect and integrity of others.
Requirements
- Knowledge and passion for food and hospitality
- Strong people skills (interpersonal, work as a team, build relationships)
- Outgoing and friendly
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Previous hotel banquet or restaurant experience required
- Smart Serve Certification mandatory
- Candidates chosen for an interview must bring in their Smart Serve Card
