Prepare dough for pie crusts and traditional French and Canadian pastry. Operate machinery such as commercial mixers, dough sheeter, dishwasher, ovens. Bake mixed doughs and batters. Be able to lift minimum 50lbs. Ensure quality of products meets established standard. Work well with others/team player. Provide own transportation. Keep a neat and tidy work environment. Experience with macaroons and eclairs is an asset. Weigh, scale, mix doughs/batters for cakes, pie, sweet breads. Be able to schedule and time manage. Work as a team and individually as needed. Work efficiently keeping the companies standard of quality in mind at all times. Keep a clean, neat tidy work space and uniform. Have experience with sponge cake, tiramisu, cheesecakes, pies, tarts, turnovers, chocolate tempering, black forest, carrot cake, opera cake. This is a dayshift job, Monday-Friday Saturdays if required.
