-This is a full-time, 9 month contract with the potential for a full year extention.

We, at Unity Sod Farm are looking for self-motivated individuals to join our Team of Drivers. The ideal candidate for this position has a background in driving transports and forktruck , has a clean driving record and is capable of performing duties both independently and in a team setting.
Job Applicant Requirments:
At least 3 years driving experience recent
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL), including AZ and DZ vehicle class licensing.
- A clean driving record, as well as sound truck and trailer maintenance knowledge.
- Advanced proficiency in using road maps and GPS devices.
- In-depth knowledge of applicable road transport regulations
- Exceptional planning and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles, including box trucks, to transport goods safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a valid CDL and ensure compliance with all driving regulations.
- Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules.
- Conduct routine inspections of vehicles and equipment, including forklifts and heavy machinery.
- Perform minor automotive repairs as needed to ensure vehicle readiness.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize logistics and freight handling.

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
