Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers professionally.
- Listen to customer concerns, document issues, and provide repair recommendations.
- Schedule service appointments, coordinate workflow, and manage documentation.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships for repeat business.
- Assign jobs to technicians based on skills and workload.
- Monitor repair progress, quality, and efficiency.
- Complete paperwork, process payments, and manage parts usage.
- Prepare repair estimates, get approvals, and communicate with customers.
- Coordinate with sales staff.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive training a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Computer proficiency for managing orders and invoices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
