Job Summary:
We are seeking a Service Advisor Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in automotive repair and possess excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Managers with day to day running of our busy shop
- Greet customers and assess their service needs
- Liaising with suppliers and vendors
- Parts purchasing and quoting
- Generate service orders quoting and invoicing
- Coordinate with the service team to allocate and ensure timely completion of repairs
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Customer vehicle delivery and pick up when required
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Skills:
- Automotive repair knowledge is essential
- Mechanical understanding to effectively communicate with technicians
- Must be well organized
- Experience in cash handling procedures
- Exceptional customer service skills to build rapport with clients
- Previous experience within a dealership is advantageous

This position is Tuesday to Saturday, 8 hours per day. Salary is negotiable based on experience.
