High River Toyota is growing to soon become Okotoks Toyota in early 2026. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Parts Manager to oversee and optimize our parts department operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and co-ordinate special parts orders
- Increase Parts Sales by developing new wholesale customers and managing relationships with existing customers
- Consistently reviews the previous month's sales performance to determine where improvements can be made
- Must maintain a broad knowledge of the manufacturer's new and recent products
- Hire, supervise, and train department staff
- Responsible for the profitability of the Parts department
- Manages any customer service issues that may arise
- Ensure parts availability to maintain workflow for Technicians
- Monitor Inventory control on a daily and weekly basis to ensure all required parts are available when needed
- Collaborate closely with Fixed Operations team to promote efficient workflow
- Provide accurate quotes to customers on an as needed basis
- Provide effective input and collaborate with the marketing team for monthly, quarterly, and seasonal marketing initiatives
- Manage retail display setup in the dealership
- Monitor and submit parts claims, warranty parts and return claims
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Toyota/Lexus Parts Department Operations
- Intermediate/Advanced Parts Department Financial Principles
- Communication and Managerial Skills with proven ability to interact across all levels of management and customers
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong problem solving skills
- Positive mindset and attitude
- Knowledge of Parts diagrams, catalogs, aftermarket vendors, stock lists etc.
