We are looking for a responsible, enthusiastic Full Time Auto Body Parts Technician (Collision Repair) to join our team. We offer competitive wages and extended health, dental, and vision coverage.
Over view:
Manage and dispense parts inventories, and may be responsible for stock handling, identifying and cataloguing parts and assemblies, ordering, receiving, inspecting, and sorting. Shipping & receiving of vehicle parts, planning and managing the flow in and out of the shop, documenting in shop parts and following up with vendors on delayed shipments, returns and credits.
Parts technician may work indoors or outdoors. Indoor environments include office, shop and storerooms where large inventories are kept, often on rows of shelves or in bins
The work can be physically demanding. Parts technicians often are on their feet all day and lift items that weigh up to 23 kilograms.
Primary duties include but are not limited to:
· Communicate and coordinate parts for vehicle repair and service with Foreman and Estimators ·
· Maintain clean and professional appearance of counter, work area, and stockroom
· Inventory, maintain accurate records of received goods
· Maintain parts in appropriate storage areas
· Provide high level service to both internal and external customers
· Notify estimators of shop foreman of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention
· Locate out-of-stock parts from outside source and submit an emergency order, if necessary.

· Ordering shop detail supplies, maintaining parts room and shop cleanliness
· Day to day interactions with colleagues and vendors
Assisting with Detailer duties & responsibilities:
· Cleaning the exterior & interior of vehicles
· Waxing and cut polishing vehicles
· Assisting in arranging in-shop vehicle movement, checking in and out courtesy vehicles
Qualifications:
· valid driver’s class 5 license and clean driving record; ability to drive automatic and manual
· Auto body repair: 1 year (preferred)
· Knowledge of vehicle construction and auto parts
· Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure and fast paced environment.
Salary:
- Negotiable and based on experience possessed

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
