Our firm offers services in the areas of criminal law, family law and civil litigation.
We are currently looking for a junior assoiate to assist us with civil litigation and family law matters.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Draft / Review documents, including correspondence, pleadings, mediation briefs, affidavits of documents;
- Review and analyze large volumes of disclosure;
- Meeting and communication with clients in a professional manner;
- Attend Court if necessary;
Requirements:
- Licence/Certification - Member good standing, Law Society of Ontario (required).
- Interested candidates are requested to submit a resume and cover letter as part of their application.
Contract length: 6 to 12 months with potential for renewal.
