We are looking for an articling student to commence immediately. Candidates must be eligible to article as per the Law Society of Ontario.
Job description
The Articling Student will provide support to lawyers in the areas of Family Law, Criminal Law and Civil Litigation. They will be expected to, among other things:
- assist with day to day administrative tasks;
- prepare legal documents and memoranda;
- conduct legal research;
- draft leadings, motion records, facta, and other court documents;
- make court appearances with or without counsel
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
