Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all aspects of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects - Coordinate with project team members, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure successful project execution - Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and schematics - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget - Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and resolve any issues or conflicts - Provide technical guidance and support to project team members - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure MEP systems are designed and installed correctly - Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards - Maintain accurate project documentation and records Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP project management or a related field - Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and plumbing systems - Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings - Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously Skills: - Ability to maintain MEP systems in optimal working condition - Capability for heavy lifting as required for equipment installation or maintenance - Proficiency in using hand tools for various tasks - Experience with welding and plumbing techniques - Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings - Mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems is highly desirable - Basic math skills for measurements and calculations - Carpentry skills for minor repairs or modifications This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced MEP Manager to join our team.
