How will you make an impact in this role?
The Insurance Team plays an important role in the Canadian Card business, supporting our embedded Card Insurance benefits and bolstering our product offering with fee-based coverages. This role invites you to own your own P&L and work across multiple external and internal partners to deliver for our customers.
Your Remit
As an Analyst – Marketing (12 to 18-month cross train), you’ll be tasked with driving the business forward through sustainable product development, product ownership and best-in-class customer experiences.
Your responsibilities will include:
Product Management for a line of existing Insurance products, owning analysis, planning, forecasting, reporting, customer research, acquisition, communications, and retention.
Program Management for the embedded Card Insurance benefits, working with Product teams to use Insurance as a lever for growth, collaborating on enterprise-level initiatives, and defining a benefit roadmap.
Partner Management across a group of stakeholders that include consultants, insurance providers, as well as internal teams: Product Owners (across the enterprise), Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, PMO, and Servicing.
Portfolio Operations for the insurance business, managing operational risk events, complaints, process improvement, legal and regulatory change, audits, and dashboards.

Preferred Qualifications
University Degree in Marketing / Business / Commerce, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Minimum of 1-2 years in Marketing, Product Marketing, or Product Management roles.
Insurance or financial services industry expertise and/or experience delivering results in a matrix environment would be considered assets.
