As a leader in case erecting, sealing, and tray forming machinery for the corrugated container packaging industry, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented co-op student to join our Aftermarket team.
This position is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, organized, and passionate about improving user experience through accurate, accessible product information. You will play a key role in helping customers easily identify and order the parts they need by uploading part listings, images, and descriptions to our aftermarket e-commerce website.
What You’ll Do:
Manage Part Listings: Upload, organize, and maintain accurate parts information—including images, descriptions, and specifications—on our aftermarket website.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with Engineering, Aftermarket Sales, and Marketing to ensure part information is up to date and easy for customers to navigate.
Image Collection and Editing: Source, edit, and format images for new and existing parts listings.
Quality Assurance: Review and audit the website’s part listings to ensure consistency, clarity, and ease of use for our customers.
Data Organization: Maintain and organize part-related files, spreadsheets, and documents in line with internal standards.
Support Sales: Assist in optimizing the online ordering experience to increase aftermarket part sales.
Other Duties as Assigned: Support the Aftermarket and Marketing teams with any additional projects or administrative tasks.
Who We’re Looking For:
Education: Currently enrolled in a Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Technology-related post-secondary co-op program.
Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft Excel and image editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, GIMP) is preferred. Familiarity with SolidWorks or similar platforms is an asset.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly describe technical parts and functions.
Detail-Oriented: Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, especially when handling data and product information.
Self-Starter: Able to work independently and take initiative while managing multiple priorities.
Team Player: Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic work environment.
